Steak Fajitas

1: Prepare the dry rub by mixing equal parts of salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

2: Blot the steak with a paper towel and dry rub with the seasoning.

3: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and place the steak in the skillet.

4: Cook the steak for about 10 minutes on each side.

5: Transfer the steak to a plate, tent with foil, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

6: For the peppers and onions, heat oil over medium heat, add peppers, and cook for a few minutes.

7: Add onions to the peppers, and when almost cooked, season with salt, pepper, and cumin.

8: Mash one avocado and season with lime juice, garlic powder, and salt before serving.
