Combine 1.5 cups finely chopped broccoli, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 minced shallot, 1 lb. Ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/4 cup grated parm, 1/2-3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
